About Us

AGC Consultancy was founded in 2011 by Andrew Cratchley to support healthcare organisations in service delivery challenges.

​

Since our inception we have worked with CEOs and executive teams across the UK health sector providing solutions to multiple organisations.

 

Our purpose is to improve the performance of organisations and individuals through:

Specifically our aims are to:

• Encourage development through learning and transfer of skills and knowledge

Our core models for success are built on over 30 years’ experience gained across private, public sector and voluntary organisations. This is supported by progressive self-development and a regular review of our contributions to the organisations we are working with.

Our approach is firmly based around supporting people to ensure that they are delivering the best results that they can in the environment in which they operate. 

Using tools and techniques that have been continually improved over a number of years, our track record is outstanding. Crucially, AGC Consultancy leaves a legacy within organisations ensuring that the results are delivered through empowered teams and are sustainable.
