About Us
AGC Consultancy was founded in 2011 by Andrew Cratchley to support healthcare organisations in service delivery challenges.
Since our inception we have worked with CEOs and executive teams across the UK health sector providing solutions to multiple organisations.
Our purpose is to improve the performance of organisations and individuals through:

Using tools and techniques that have been continually improved over a number of years, our track record is outstanding. Crucially, AGC Consultancy leaves a legacy within organisations ensuring that the results are delivered through empowered teams and are sustainable.

Each year we support a chosen charity and individuals in a variety of fund raising efforts.
